Shipping and Payment

Shipping is Royal Mail First Class and will be sent out the same day if you order before 12pm, orders after 12pm will be sent the next working day.

UK postage is FREE and just £1.00 for mutiple items. You can also purchase Recorded Delivery.

I ship worldwide at a cost of £2.00 per item and £0.50 for extra items.

Payment is made via PayPal, a secure payment system.

Do you accept returns?

Yes, I do accept returns providing that the item is sent back in its original condition, unworn. You will have to pay for postage at your own expense and will only be refunded the price of the item. Faulty items will have postage refunded. Please contact me before returning something, as I cannot accept unexpected returns.

The item I want is sold out, will you be making any more?

A lot of my items are made from vintage items, so are one of a kind. If you see something that you like and it is out of stock, please contact me and I will try and see if I can make some more, although this may not always be possible and items may differ if the original item is not available. Please allow about a week for stock replenishing. I will contact you when I have items back in stock.

Do you make custom orders?

Yes, where appropriate, I can make custom orders. If you see charms that you like already on the shop and want it made into a necklace instead of a bracelet, or vice versa, please contact me and I can arrange that for you. There will be no extra charge. I cannot guarantee that I can fulfil all custom orders but please don't hesitate to ask!

The length of a chain I want is too long/too short.

Please e-mail me with your desired length and I can adjust the size for you.

How long will my product take to arrive?

Depending on what item you have bought, delivery times are as follows:

UK and Ireland - 3-5 days.
Europe - 5-7 days.
Rest of the world - 7-21 days.

Delivery times may vary, once items have been posted you will received a dispatch e-mail.

I allow product oversell on certain products, sometimes I have to order new charms, chains and findings and this can take around a week. If this happens to your product then I will e-mail you and you can either have a refund, or keep your order in place until I receive new stock.I will keep you updated on such things if you decide to keep your order in place!
