My name is Katie, a fashion student in Southampton, UK. I have always been into arts and crafts, and do not know how I never came up with Bijoux Dolly years ago!
Bijoux Dolly was started in 2010, by me, Katie. One night, I was sitting in my bedroom surrounding by bits of a broken necklace that accidentally went through the washing machine. Not wanting to throw the bits away, I started unhooking the charms and making numerous other items from one single necklace. With just a few items of recycled jewellery, I had the urge to make more. Bijoux, from the French for ‘jewellery’ and one of my favourite vintage repro clothing stores, Dolly Dagger were brought together, and born was Bijoux Dolly. Since then the company has grown and features a wide range of vintage inspired, recycled and one off vintage pieces, including; necklaces, rings, bracelets and hair accessories at an affordable price.
We are based in the UK, but offer worldwide shipping so the whole world can experience Bijoux Dolly. Popular with bloggers, items can be seen featured on numerous fashion and lifestyle blogs who speak highly of the products and have recommended us to their friends and family.
